Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund.

To Be Eligible for a Return, Items Must Be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair
• In original packaging with tags attached

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or discounted items
• Jewelry
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at pink.willow.boutique26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
